131.4 pounds

How Far I’ve Come

In January, I weighed 157 pounds. By February I was in the 140’s. Over the following months I have worked my way to 131 and I have lost steam. I used to run every other day and do weight training a few times a week and yoga at least once. Now, I have run twice in the last week and it was a “good” exercise week. I just can’t bring myself to run, I don’t like it as much as I used to. I need new workouts.
